Scope overview

In accordance with PPB Rule Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii), the NYC Department of Social Services (DSS)/ Health Services Office (HSO) is requesting a Negotiated Acquisition Extension (NAE) for medical services at PATH Intake Centers clinic with the incumbent provider, The Floating Hospital (TFH), from 1.01.2026 to 12.31.26 with the current budget of $1,627,780.00.

This NAE would allow the clinic to provide necessary medical care needed to clients without disruption. TFH is aware that DSS is seeking a one year NAE and will be issuing an RFP immediately after. Consistent with 3-04(b)(1) of the PPB Rules, DHS engaged in preliminary discussion with vendor, but not negotiations to explore the feasibility of this proposed NAE.
