Scope overview
Predmet javnega naročila je nakup in namestitev več-uporabniške konfokalne mikroskopske platforme z deljeno strojno opremo za lov na funkcionalne celične dogodke, namenjene procesu odkrivanja znanja – onkraj klasičnih konfokalnih mikroskopov ali današnjih »high-throughput« mikroskopov, s katerimi lahko zajamemo le veliko količino slik ali v najboljšem primeru velike količine podatkov.
Skupaj z analitičnimi algoritmi za kvantifikacijo biološko pogojenih celičnih dogodkov in njihovo povezavo s predlaganim mehanizmom delovanja želimo ponuditi edinstveno platformo za poenostavljene raziskave in razvoj, ki bo dostopna vsakemu laboratoriju kadar koli.
Z mikroskopom, ki je predmet tega javnega razpisa, želimo povečati dostopnost mikroskopov z občutnim znižanjem cene na merilno postajo in hkrati pripraviti edinstveno platformo, ki bo omogočila razvoj bolj splošnega koncepta deljenja strojne opreme (deljenja vseh laserjev in detektorjev), ki ima potencial za še dodatno znižanje cene na merilno postajo.
