Urakan laadunvarmistuksen muotona on laatuvastuurakentaminen eli LVR Urakkaan kuuluvat kaikki urakkaohjelmassa mainitut työsuoritukset materiaali-hankintoineen teknisten asiakirjojen mukaisesti täysin valmiiksi sekä työmaan johto-velvollisuudet ja työmaapalvelut.
Urakoitsijan pääsuoritusvelvollisuuteen kuuluu lisäksi kaikki edellä mainittujen työ-suoritusten edellyttämä tekninen suunnittelu tilaajan luovuttamien lähtötietojen perusteella.,
