Consultancy for Developing Evaluation Questions and Matrix for UNDP Project

Reference: UNDP-PHL-00869 Country: PHILIPPINES Description of the Assignment: The Consultant will co-develop a set of Evaluation Questions covering each of these criteria and submit an evaluation matrix as part of the Inception Report and shall include it as an Annex to the final report.

Period of assignment/services: 110 PERSON-DAYS (April to September 2026) Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
