THE NRA SHALL BE INVOICEDON A WEEKLY BASIS FOR ALL TELEMARKETING CALLING AT A RATE OF A) PAY FROM PROCEEDS, 100% OF CREDIT CARD/CHECK BY PHONE REVENUE AND 42% BILL ME PAYUP RATE FOR NEW MEMBER ACQUISITION; B) PAY FROM PROCEEDS, 100% OF CREDITCARD/CHECK BY PHONE REVENUE AND 50% BILL ME PAY UP RATE FOR LAPSED DONORREACTIVATION; C)$3.75/CC FOR GOLDEN EAGLE/SATF; D)$2.90/CC FOR MEMBERRENEWAL LISTS; E)$3.75/CC FOR HIGH LEVEL HOUSEFILE FUNDRAISING;F)$2.90/CC FOR MID LEVEL HOUSEFILE FUNDRAISING; G)$2.50/CC FOR LOW LEVEL HOUSEFILE FUNDRAISING
