Scope overview
Bei den Wohngebäuden Hamalandstr. 66-92 in 46399 Bocholt handelt es sich um Doppelhaushälften, die einen zweigeschossigen Aufbau (EG, 1.OG) sowie einen Keller und einen nicht ausgebauten Dachboden aufweisen. Zusätzlich ist mittels eines eingeschossigen, rechtwinklig angeordneten Nebengebäudes zu beiden Seiten des Hauptgebäudes der Eingangsbereich und Nebenräume angeordnet.
Diese beiden Nebengebäude sind jeweils der Gebäudeabschluss sowie auf der anderen Seite mit dem Nachbargebäude verbunden. Die o. a. Gebäudeanordnung ist insgesamt zwölfmal verbaut. Im Rahmen der geplanten Baumaßnahme werden die Holztüren des Nebengebäudes, welches die Nebenräume enthält, durch Kunststofftüren ersetzt. Darüber hinaus werden ist der Rückbau der vorhandenen Vordächer am Haupteingang vorgesehen.
