Scope overview
Pursuant to section 3-04(b)(2)(i)(D) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, the Department of Youth and Community Development will negotiate with the following Neighborhood Youth Team Sports service providers.
Neighborhood Youth Team Sports Grant, funded by New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS), will provide opportunities for youth under 18 in under-resourced communities to learn and participate in team sports activities. This may include educational instruction or upgrading of equipment and facilities to prepare and/or enable youth to participate in team sports.
