Scope overview
Im Sanierungsbereich Nordteil „Alte Raffinerie“ sind im Rahmen einer Kampagne Leistungen zur Errichtung einer neuen Druckrohrleitung für die Anbindung neu errichteter Sanierungsbrunnen und Wasserübergabe an die GWRA CoTra1 zu erbringen. Parallel zur Druckrohrleitung sollen ELT- und LWL-Kabel zur Versorgung und Steuerung der 12 neu errichteten Sanierungsbrunnen verlegt werden.
Diese Leistungen beinhalten im Überblick: Ausheben Graben für neue Druckleitung und Kabel, beginnend am Altbrunnen K1 zu dessen nahe gelegenen zwei Ersatzbrunnen (K1-E1 und K1-E2) neben Parkplatz BBS Leuna Aufgreifen der ELT-Kabel am Schaltkasten nördliche Werksstraße parallel östliche Werksplanke Setzen von Schaltschränken zur Unterversorgung, Errichtung von Tiefenerdern Ansetzen der Druckrohrleitung an den 10 Sanierungsbrunnen innerhalb des Chemieparks parallel Werksplanke Verlegen Druckleitung, LWL- und ELT-Kabel unter entsprechender Kennzeichnungen Prüfen, Trennen und Verblinden von sich Außerbetrieb befindlichen zu querenden Trögen und ELT-Leitungen Anbindung an Bestandsleitungen neben Werksplanke parallel zu neuen Brunnen Entsorgung von überschüssigem zwischengelagertem Aushubmaterial Errichtung von zwei Schächten Aufgrabung und Umschluss Druckrohrleitung an Bestandsschacht und -leitung neben BF67, zwecks Aufleitung zur CoTra1 Alle Erdarbeiten müssen unter kampfmitteltechnischer Begleitung erfolgen (Beauftragung durch AN).
