Scope overview
Bei den zu vergebenden Dienstleistungen handelt es sich um Planungsleistungen der HOAI- Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 im Leistungsbild Freianlagen nach HOAI § 39 in Verbindung mit Anlage 11 Es ist eine stufenweise Beauftragung vorgesehen. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf eine vollständige Beauftragung aller HOAI-Leistungsphasen besteht nicht.
Aus der stufenweisen Beauftragung können keine zusätzlichen Honoraransprüche abgeleitet werden. Interessierte Unternehmen sind aufgefordert, sich am Teilnahmewettbewerb zu beteiligen. Der Teilnahmewettbewerb dient der Auswahl der Wettbewerbs- bzw. Verhandlungsteilnehmer durch die Überprüfung von Ausschlussgründen und anhand objektiver Eignungskriterien.
Auf der Grundlage der in der europaweiten Bekanntmachung sowie nachfolgend dargestellten Vorgehensweise werden unter allen grundsätzlich geeigneten Bewerbern drei Unternehmen ausgewählt, die zur Abgabe eines Angebots aufgefordert werden.
