Neubau Feuerwache Bad Soden am Taunus Die Stadt Bad Soden am Taunus plant den Neubau einer Feuerwache und einem zugehörigen Wohngebäude in der Königsteiner Straße. Beide Gebäude sind zwei - bis dreigeschossig und werden in einem Zuge errichtet. Im Bereich des Technikturms ist das Gebäude viergeschossig.
Beide Bauteile sind als massive Stahlbetonkonstruktion konzipiert und durch eine vorgehängte hinterlüftete Fassaden-konstruktion gedämmt und verkleidet. Die Dächer werden als Flachdächer extensiv begrünt ausgeführt.
