Scope overview
Da der aktuelle Standort der Bestandsfeuerwache nicht mehr den geltenden Anforderungen entspricht, beabsichtigt die Stadt Goslar einen Neubau des Feuerwehrhauses Vienenburg. Der Neubau soll auf dem Grundstück Glückauf-Straße 1, 38690 Goslar OT Vienenburg entstehen. Aktuell ist auf dem Grundstück der Bau- und Betriebshof Vienenburg mit einem Hauptgebäude sowie Garagenkomplexen angesiedelt.
Die Positionierung des Neubaus auf dem Grundstück ist Gegenstand der Planung. Die Baufeldfreimachung inkl. möglicher Schadstoffsanierung ist ebenfalls in der Planung zu berücksichtigen. Aktuell ist die Zufahrt nur über ein kleines Brückenbauwerk über den „Hurlebach“ möglich. Die Zufahrtssituation u. a.
