10 m x 3.5 m) an der Rückseite zur Einführung und Verteilung der Leitungen, bis ca. 4 m unter Terrain Obergeschoss (OG): Grosser Raum für die Anlagentechnik Überspannt von einem Stahldach (nicht Bestandteil des Auftrags) Die Fassadenfronten werden in Sichtbeton ausgeführt. An den Südost- und Südwestfassaden sind vollflächig PV-Panels vorgesehen.
