Scope overview
Geplant ist der Neubau einer Kindertagesstätte im Ortsteil Angersdorf. Die Baumaßnahme umfasst die Errichtung eines zweigeschossigen Gebäudes in Holz- Massiv- Hybridbauweise und die dazugehörigen Außenanlagen, inkl. Erschließung der Liegenschaft. Erschlossen ist das Grundstück über eine Anliegerstraße (Ahornstraße / An der Feuerwache), welche von der L163 (Lauchstädter Straße) abzweigt.
Diese Anliegerstraßen (Ahornstraße / An der Feuerwache) und der angrenzende Parkplatz sind mit Bitumenbelag befestigt. Die von dort weiterführende Zuwegung am Baufeld ist ein unbefestigter Rasenweg. In der Vornutzung lag das Gelände brach, bzw. war landwirtschaftlich genutzt. Die Tragfähigkeit und Befahrbarkeit ist daher z.T. eingeschränkt, bzw. im Rohzustand nur Witterungsabhängig.
Durch ein Drittgewerk ist die Baustelleneinrichtung vorhanden. Das Bedeutet, dass eine WCContainer (geschlechtergetrennt mit 3 WC-Anlagen, 2 Urinale, 2 Waschbecken) vorhanden ist. Ein Pausencontainer steht nicht zur Verfügung. Die Baustelle ist mittels Bauzauns und mobiler Videoüberwachung gesichert. Bauwasser und Baustrom sind eingerichtet.
Eventuelle Mobilkräne sind eigenverantwortlich in die eigene Baustelleneinrichtung einzukalkulieren. (siehe BE-Plan) Die hiesige Ausschreibung betrifft das Gewerk "Estricharbeiten".
