Scope overview
In Gaukönigshofen soll am südlichen Ortsrand ein Neubau für die Rupert-Egenberger-Schule in der Schulstr. 7 entstehen. Von Süden nach Norden fällt das Grundstück dabei um nahezu ein Geschoss ab. Der Neubau ist 3-geschossig. Allgemein sind die Freianlagen in zwei Ebenen des angrenzenden Erd- bzw. Obergeschosses aufgeteilt. Der Neubau wird in Holz-Hybrid-Bauweise erstellt.
Punktgestützte Deckenplatten lagern auf Stahlbetonstützen und aussteifenden Massivwänden sowie den Treppenhauskernen. Die Abmessungen der Förderschule betragen 45,855 m x 24,78 m, während die Geschosshöhen jeweils 3,60 m betragen. Die Gebäudehülle wird aus vorgefertigten Holztafelelementen erstellt. Das vorliegende Leistungsverzeichnis beschreibt die abgestimmte lose Möblierung der Lernlandschaften bzw.
Clusterbereiche, bestehend aus Gruppentischen, Beistelltischen und Säulentischen für abwechslungsreiches Lernen. Dementsprechend sollen flexible Stühle und Polstermöbel, die vielfältige Kombinationsmöglichkeiten bieten, zum Einsatz kommen. Entsprechende Verbindungselemente sind berücksichtigt.
In vorliegendem Leistungsverzeichnis werden dementsprechend Tische, Stühle, Polstermöbel und sonstige Möblierung berücksichtigt.
