Scope overview
Gegenstand der hier beschriebenen Planungsaufgabe sollen die Leistungen der Gebäudeplanung in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 gemäß § 34 ff. HOAI. Leistungsinhalt sind die Grundleistungen der einzelnen Leistungsphasen gemäß Anlage 10 (zu § 34 Absatz 4, § 35 Absatz 7) HOAI. Der genaue Leistungsumfang kann dem Vertragsmuster entnommen werden.
Auf Grundlage von Anlage 10 HOAI wird diese Maßnahme der Honorarzone III zugeordnet. Es ist beabsichtigt eine stufenweise Beauftragung durchzuführen: - Stufe 1: Leistungsphasen 1 bis 4 nach § 34 HOAI - Stufe 2: Leistungsphasen 5 bis 9 nach § 34 HOAI Für die Planung sind ggf folgende besondere und zusätzliche Leistungen in Anlehnung an HOAI 2021 Anlage 15 (zu § 55 Abs. 3 und § 56 Abs.
3) zu erbringen: - Erstellung eines tabellarischen Schnittstellenkataloges zur Darstellung der planerischen Zuständigkeiten - Je ein Planungsterminplan und ein Bauzeitenterminplan, jeweils mit Darstellung der Leistungen einzelner Planungsbeteiligter bzw.
ausführender Gewerke und mit Darstellung der erforderlichen Zuarbeit des AG - Erstellung eines Farb- und Materialkonzeptes gestaltungsrelevanter Oberflächen und Bauteile des gesamten Planungsbereiches in tabellarischer Form und Beschaffung von Farb- und Materialmustern.
- Durchführen von Bemusterungsterminen beim AG, Dokumentation der Ergebnisse und Übernahme in die Planung - Objektbeschreibung als ausführlichen schriftl. Erläuterungsbericht - Schriftliche Empfehlung von Maßnahmenalternativen bei Kostenüberschreitung.
Dazu monatliche Soll-Ist-Vergleiche zwischen Kostenanschlag und Abschluss- / Schlusszahlung in LP8 - Erstellung einer Abschlussliste aller am Planungs- und Bauprozess Beteiligten mit Kontaktdaten, ausgeführten Leistungen und vertragliche vereinbarten Verjährungsfristen im Ende LP 8
