Neubeschaffung von Parkscheinautomaten - Lieferung, Montage, Inbetriebnahme Es werden 36 Parkscheinautomaten für den Solarbetrieb ausgeschrieben. Die Parkscheinautomaten sind anzuliefern, auf den bauseitig erstellten Fundamenten zu montieren und in Betrieb zu nehmen.
Jeder Parkscheinautomat muss sowohl die Bezahlung bei Ankunft mit auszulegendem Parkschein ("Pay & Display") als auch die Bezahlung bei Ankunft ohne Parkschein durch Eingabe des Fahrzeugkennzeichens ("Pay & Go") ermöglichen. Der Benutzer muss zwischen den Betriebsarten wählen können. Es ist ein betriebsfertiges System aus Hardware (Parkscheinautomaten) und Software (Verwaltungssoftware) zu übergeben.
