Scope overview

This Project consists of a new double-company fire station to house Engine Company 268 and Ladder Company 137 for the NYC Fire Department. The new fire station has a programmed area of approximately 16,500 square feet and is 3 stories tall (with ground-floor mezzanine). It is sited on its own lot that has 4 street frontages.
