Minimum upload speed is 1GB. 9. Please have all bids submitted by ACD. 10. Please have all questions submitted no later than March 15. All Q&A will be posted via the RFP Placeholder document associated with this 47011. Please include all SLAs and Terms and Conditions with bid. A fully executable contract is required to be included with bid due to the timeline at hand. If selected as winning provider, contract will be signed immediately with the option to modified as allowed and warranted.12.
