(This is the official soliciation/ Request for Proposal for NGAGE) This RFP was amended 1/5/26 to update administrative changes to include attachment numbering and add an attachment for price sheet and POC list.
The purpose of this request for proposal (RFP) is to establish the Next Generation Aerospace Ground Equipment (NGAGE) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the Agile Combat Support (ACS) Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) section within Support Equipment &Vehicles(SE&V).
If all options are excercised, this contract will be for a period of 10 years for the SEV division located at Robins AFB,GA. This RFP is intended to establish solid awardee base comprised of large and small business to meet commercial and non-commercial requirements.
Please provide responses to both Joe Lee (joe.lee.4@us.af.mil)- Contract Specialist and Becky Janssen (kimberly.janssen@us.af.mil)- Contracting Officer The only accepted form of communication is via email. Any phone calls received to personal phone numbers will not be answered and voicemails left will not be listened to.
With the holidays approaching, we have factored that time into the response due date for this proposal. Any RFIs received, will be answered and posted to sam.gov upon return from any planned holiday leave.
