North Fayette Valley School District Seeks High-Speed Internet Access Services

North Fayette Valley Community School District is seeking a bundled Internet Access service (IA and associated transport). This service is to be delivered to the hub of the district's network at 600 N. Pine St., West Union, IA 52175. District seeks bids for Internet at the following capacities: Minimum of 1 GBPS and maximum of 2 GBPS.

District also requests bid options for one-year, three-year, and five-year contracts. Interested vendors should also provide the following information in their bids: (a). Indicate the type of connectivity (e.g. fiber, coaxial, microwave, etc.); (b). Indicate whether E-Rate C1 eligible bundled firewall is provided; (c). Identify any E-Rate ineligible charges (such as DDoS); (d).

Indicate if a minimum of 30, or /27 netblock, IPv4 Public IP address can be provided*, and if there is a fee, indicate the $ amount separately; (e). Bidders must be willing to provide turn-up testing and initial connection no less than ten (10) business days prior to the start of service; (f). Indicate the $ amount of any applicable taxes and fees (not just a statement that taxes and fees are separate), (g).

Bidders must be willing to provide E-Rate discounted billing and to include this statement in the proposal. (h). Robo-bids and bids sent as SPAM without regard to products and services listed on this Form 470 and/or the RFP will be disqualified and will not be evaluated. (i). The District reserves the right to add or remove sites from Internet service during the life of the contract.

Pine St., West Union, IA 52175, to the following school and district sites: North Fayette Valley-Middle School/Valley Elementary at 23493 Canoe Rd.

Elgin, IA 52141 The District seeks bids at the following capacities: Minimum of 500 MBPS and maximum of 1 GBPS. The District also requests bid options for one-year, three-year, and five-year contracts. Interested vendors should also provide the following information in their bids: (a). Indicate the type of connectivity for each school/facility (e.g. fiber, coaxial, microwave, etc.). (b).

Indicate the $ amount of any applicable taxes and fees (not just a statement that taxes and fees are separate). (c). Bidders must be willing to provide E-Rate discounted billing and to include this statement in the proposal. (d). Robo-bids and bids sent as SPAM without regard to products and services listed on the Form 470 and/or the RFP will be disqualified and will not be evaluated. (e).

Indicate the $ amount of any applicable taxes and fees (not just a statement that taxes and fees are separate). (c). Bidders must be willing to provide E-Rate discounted billing and to include this statement in the proposal. (d).
