Scope overview
De opdracht betreft de realisatie van Montessorischool Boven ‘t IJ en de bijbehorende gymzalen met een totaal oppervlak van c.a. 3.765 m2/BVO. Het schoolgebouw (2.345 m2/BVO) biedt ruimte aan ongeveer 425 leerlingen en bestaat uit: - Onderwijsruimten (17 groepsruimten, onderwijsleerpleinen); - Speellokaal; - Kantoorruimten; - Ondersteunende ruimten.
De VVE krijgt 1 groepsruimte en heeft een oppervlakte van 209 m2/BVO. De 2 gymzalen zijn 1.269 m2/BVO. De gymzalen zijn gesitueerd op de 2e verdieping. De opdracht is gebaseerd op een traditionele contractvorm op basis van bestekken (het DO) en de UAV 2012. De opdrachtnemer dient het bouwkundig DO uit te werken naar een UO (Uitvoeringsgereed Ontwerp), Vormtekeningen en Productietekeningen.
Het technisch ontwerp van de installaties dient door de opdrachtnemer uitgewerkt te worden tot werktekeningen. Hierover meer in de inschrijfleidraad.
