Scope overview
Försvarsmakten (FM) har behov av att upphandla transportörsavtal för normaldistribution som ska fungera i samtliga konfliktnivåer (fred, kris och krig).
Upphandling omfattar Avropsberättigades behov av distributionstransporter på väg för materiel, reservdelar, farligt gods, i viss utsträckning krigsmateriel, UE och andra förnödenheter mellan Försvarsmaktens verksamhet, inrikes så väl som utrikes samt mellan Försvarsmakten och industrin.
Inom ramen för ex FLF-Lettland (Q1, Q2 2025) och operationer så uppstår behovet av slingbilar för att understödja dessa vilket tas fram inom Ramavtalet för normaldistribution. Behovet omfattar drygt 100 000 sändningar/år inom ramen för normaldistribution som inkluderar, paket, pall, styckegods, partigods, expresstjänster, FTL (Full Truck Load), utrikesfrakt.
Utöver detta inkluderas även transporter mellan tvätterier och Försvarsmaktens garnisioner, s.k. tvätteritransporter. Sändningsstatistiken är jämt fördelat över året, där toppar förekommer i samband med större operationer och övningar.
