THE SERVICES AND MATERIALS PROVIDED BY BOOSTER AS PART OF THE BOOSTERTHON FUN RUN SHALL INCLUDE, SUPPLYING ALL PRIZES, ADVERTISING, PROMOTION, ORGANIZATION. FUNDRAISING PROCEEDS ARE BASED ON A PERCENTAGE SCALE OF FUNDS COLLECTED.
MINIMUM PERCENTAGE OF CONTRIBUTIONS THAT CHARITY WILL RECEIVE IS 65% WITHOUT INCLUDING THE COST OF EVENT FEE. SEE EXHIBIT B IN THE CONTRACT FOR FURTHER DETAILS. BOOSTER CHARGES A ONE TIME BASE COST EVENT FEE REFERENCED IN RECITAL 4 OF THE SERVICE CONTRACT. MAXIMUM PROCEEDS RANGING FROM 65-75% WITH A 20% FIXED SERVICE FEE AND A 15% PLATFORM FEE TO BE OPTIONALLY COVERED BY SPONSORS.
BOOSTER EXPECTS TO RAISE A TOTAL OF $86,777.60 FOR THE TOTAL CAMPAIGN. THE SCHOOL PROFIT RAISED FOR THIS AMOUNT IS ESTIMATED AT $50,121.
