Das Krankenhaus St. Willibrord-Spital Emmerich-Rees ist mit der Notarztgestellung vom Landkreis Kleve betraut worden. Diese Leistung möchte das Krankenhaus künftig gänzlich über einen externen Dienstleister erbracht bekommen.
Folgende Kriterien sind unerlässlich: - Fester Notarztpool, um dauerhafte, verlässliche und kollegiale Zusammenarbeit mit dem Rettungsdienst zu gewährleisten - Es sollten vorzugsweise Ärzte aus der Region zum Einsatz kommen - Zusätzlich Rückfallebenen des Auftragnehmers, um kurzfristige Ausfälle zu kompensieren (diese muss beim Angebot beschrieben werden) - 365 Tage je 24-Stunden-Erreichbarkeit des Auftragnehmers, um jederzeit bei kurzfristigen Ausfällen Ersatz organisieren zu können.
Hier muss geschultes und entscheidungsfähiges Personal erreichbar sein. Der Bieter prüft die zum Einsatz kommenden Ärzte auf folgende Voraussetzungen: - Approbation - Facharztstatus mit Bezug zur Notfallmedizin (z.B. Anästhesie, Innere Medizin, Chirurgie) - Zusatzbezeichnung Notfallmedizin oder Fachkunde Rettungsdient - Fortbildungsnachweise gem.
Vorgaben des Gesetzgebers/der Ärztekammern - Regelmäßige notfallmedizinischer Fortbildungen (z.B.
ACLS, PALS, ATLS oder vergleichbare Kurse) - Sprachkenntnisse: Ausreichende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau), um eine sichere Kommunikation mit dem Rettungsdienstpersonal, der Leitstelle und den Patienten zu gewährleisten - Erfüllung Voraussetzungen § 23c SGB IV - Berufshaftpflichtversicherung der Ärzte
