The City of New York Department of Parks & Recreation ('Parks') has awarded a concession to Tillary Plaza Concessions Corp., of 172 Cadman Plaza East, Brooklyn, NY 11201 for the development, operation, and maintenance of a cafe at Cadman Plaza Park, located at Tillary Street and Cadman Plaza West, Brooklyn. ( Licensed Premises ).

The concession, which was solicited by a Request for Proposals (RFP), will operate pursuant to a license agreement for one (1) fifteen (15) year term.
