The City of New York Department of Parks & Recreation ('Parks') has awarded a concession to Nandita, Inc, of 89-12 169 Street, 1st Floor, Jamaica, New York 11432, for the renovation, operation and maintenance of a snack bar at the Harlem Meer, Central Park, Manhattan.
The concession, which was solicited by a Request for Proposals, will operate pursuant to a License agreement for a twelve (12) year term commencing upon written notice to proceed. Compensation to the City will be as follows: Licensee shall pay the City license fees for each operating year consisting of the greater of 9% of gross receipts vs. a minimum annual fee, per the following schedule: Year 1 $20,000 Vs.
