Golf Driving Range and Clubhouse Concession Awarded at Alley Pond Park

Solicitation No.: Q1-DR-2024 Concession Agreement No.: Q1-DR Licensee: Knox Golf Academy Inc. The City of New York Department of Parks & Recreation ('Parks') has awarded a concession to Knox Golf Academy of 541 Long Beach Road, Saint James, NY 11780, for the renovation, operation, and maintenance of a golf driving range and clubhouse at Alley Pond Park, Queens, New York.

The concession, which was solicited by a Request for Proposals, will operate pursuant to a license agreement for one (1) twenty (20) year term.
