New York City Seeks Transition Management Services Through Negotiated Acquisition

Introduction Pursuant to Section 3-04 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board Rules, The Office of the New York City Comptroller ( Comptroller ) is seeking to enter into a Negotiated Acquisition Agreement with appropriately qualified proposers to provide transition management services.

Due to the Comptroller s need to move expeditiously to obtain transition managers in a timely manner, a Negotiated Acquisition procurement method will be used.
