Safra Family Lodge. Steward D&S is uniquely qualified to meet the government’s needs for this project due to their established experience with the facility, specialized expertise in security film installation, and proven ability to perform all required services—security film replacement, sidewalk power washing, and window washing—under a single contract.
Their prior work at the Lodge has demonstrated reliability, compliance with safety standards, and high quality results, which are critical for maintaining guest safety, property protection, and overall facility appearance. Additionally, Steward D&S is fully familiar with the building’s layout, window specifications, and site-specific requirements.
This reduces the risk of errors, minimizes service interruptions, and ensures efficient project completion. Utilizing a single, experienced vendor for all three services also promotes cost efficiency, accountability, and streamlined coordination. For these reasons, Steward D&S is the only vendor capable of fully meeting the government’s operational, safety, and maintenance requirements at this time.
