The selected Offeror(s) will provide research and advisory services to enable CMHC’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) Community and other clients within CMHC in enhancing decision-making capabilities, operational strategies, and project implementations for the following Deliverables Deliverable 1: IM/IT Research Library Access – All Tiers Deliverable 2: Document/Artefact Review, Vetting, and Advice - All Tiers Deliverable 3: Contractor Resource Q&As Support – All Tiers The work will involve delivering analysis and consultations, addressing the distinct needs of - Executives (Tier 1), - Middle management (Tier 2), and - Operational teams (Tier 3).
