New York City Emergency Management is seeking up to five contractors that can create original art and graphic designs to conduct targeted and culturally competent engagement.
The goal of this initiative is to increase subscriptions to Notify NYC among New Yorkers with limited English proficiency in the following languages, Spanish, Chinese (Notify alerts are currently issued in Traditional Chinese) Russian, Bengali, and French. Responses to this CSP must be submitted via PASSPort.
