Lot 1 - Asbestos Surveys and Analytical Services • Asbestos management surveys to domestic properties. • Asbestos management surveys to non-domestic properties and including areas of communal blocks, garages, and community centres.

• Asbestos refurbishment and demolition surveys to domestic properties • Asbestos refurbishment and demolition surveys to non-domestic properties and including areas of communal blocks, garages, and community centres. • Asbestos air monitoring and tests including; o Background, leak, and personal reassurance tests. o Four stage clearance process and certificate of reoccupation. o Any other air monitoring and testing.

• Sampling Asbestos (ACM's) and provide results and reports to the Contracting Authority. o Asbestos bulk sampling, analysis, and reporting. o Emergency; sampling, analysis, and guidance. • Re-Inspection surveys to previously identified, presumed, and sampled (ACMs) • Making good works to damage caused by intrusive surveys. • Reports and data issued to Members in agreed format.

• Ensuring accurate data is sent to Members to enable asbestos registers and plans to remain up to date
