Scope overview
Dit is een voorbehouden overheidsopdracht voor diensten betreffende de digitalisering van archiefdocumenten van de gemeente Elsene. De stedenbouwkundige dossiers die deel uitmaken van de te digitaliseren archieven zijn inhoudelijk niet homogeen, noch wat de vorm (types of formaten van documenten), noch wat het volume van de archieven betreft.
De opdracht vertegenwoordigt een volume van ± 300 strekkende meter documenten in ± 30.000 dossiers, waarvan ± 70% administratieve documenten, 25% stedenbouwkundige plannen en 5% foto's. De opdracht heeft betrekking op ± 300.000 documenten in verschillende formaten. De soorten dragers zijn gevarieerd: calqueerpapier, papier, linnenpapier, bristol, foto's enz.
Sommige dragers zijn erg kwetsbaar (calqueerpapier uit de 19e eeuw enz.).
