Vanwege het aflopende contract, de verplichting tot het Europees aanbesteden van de Opdracht, de doelmatige besteding van gemeenschapsgelden en de wens van de Aanbestedende dienst om voor de locaties van Opdrachtgever één contract met één Opdrachtnemer te sluiten, is besloten om deze Aanbestedingsprocedure te beginnen en de dienstverlening schoonmaakonderhoud en glasbewassing per 1 november 2026 in de markt te brengen.
