Scope overview
Die Sanierung des Blaubeurer Tors verfolgt das Ziel der vollumfängl. und nachhaltigen Wiederbelebung des Ortes. Die Sanierung ist in 2 Phasen unterteilt. Die Phase 1 umfasst die Sanierung der Außenhülle des Tores. Hier soll die Fassade saniert werden, die Dachlandschaft soll als begehbarer Gründach wiederaufgebaut und der entspr. Zugang zur Dachlandschaft soll in einer provisorischen o.
endgültigen Form geschaffen werden. Ein wesentlicher Bestandteil ist die Narbe, welche durch den Abbruch der Brücke auf der Dachfläche entsteht, zu schließen. Alle Fassadenöffnungen werden mit entsprechenden Fassaden-elementen (Türen, Fenster) verschlossen. In techn. Hinsicht wird das Gebäude komplett erschlossen. Die Phase 2 beinhaltet den Innenausbau bis zur vollständigen Fertigstellung der Sanierung.
Nach der Fertigstellung der Phase 1 kann, u.a. in Abhängigkeit von den zur Verfügung stehenden finanziellen Mitteln, entschieden werden, ob die Phase 2 vor oder nach der LGS durchgeführt wird.
