Scope overview
Die Stadt Kassel beabsichtigt die maschinentechnische Erneuerung der Biologie ihrer Kläranlage. Mit diesem Los werden die dafür erforderlichen Planungsdienstleistungen ausgeschrieben. Neben der Maschinentechnik ist auch die EMSR-Technik zu erneuern und dabei auf die aktuell auf der Kläranlage verwendete SPS-Technologie anzupassen/zu migrieren.
Im Zuge dessen sollen insbesondere das gesamte Belüftungssystem sowie die Rührwerke modernisiert werden. Die Migration der SPS-Technologie ist während des laufenden Anlagenbetriebs durchzuführen. Zudem ist im Rahmen der Vorplanung die Umstellung auf eine 2-stufige Kaskadendenitrifikation als Variante im Vergleich zur Beibehaltung der vorgeschalteten Denitrifikation untersucht werden.
Für die verfahrenstechnische Vorzugsvariante sollen Varianten des Belüftungssystems geprüft werden. Weitere Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung, die Bestandteil der Vergabeunterlagen sind.
