4.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup wozu bojowego wraz z niezbędnym wyposażeniem dla OSP w Lubochni. 4.2. Przedmiot zamówienia powinien spełniać m.in.
następujące wymagania podstawowe: 1) samochód fabrycznie nowy, rok produkcji nie starszy niż 2025 wraz ze wszystkimi urządzeniami dodatkowymi, 2) pojazd musi spełniać wymagania polskich przepisów o ruchu drogowym, z uwzględnieniem wymagań dotyczących pojazdów uprzywilejowanych zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 20 czerwca 1997 r.
Prawo o ruchu drogowym wraz z przepisami wykonawczymi do tej ustawy, 3) samochód musi posiadać świadectwo dopuszczenia do użytkowania wydane przez Centrum Naukowo Badawcze Ochrony Przeciwpożarowej – Państwowy Instytut Badawczy (CNBOPPIB). 4.3.
