Zamówienie zostało podzielone na 3 części, z której każda stanowi odrębny teren złożony z miejscowości wchodzących w skład Gminy Oława, to jest: 1) Część nr 1 – Okręg 1: Bystrzyca, Janików, Stary Górnik, Stary Otok, Ścinawa, Ścinawa Polska, Godzikowice, Gać, Chwalibożyce, Jankowice Małe, Psary, Maszków – liczba mieszkańców wg deklaracji – 5 305.
