Scope overview
- Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywny odbiór, oraz zagospodarowanie, w procesie odzysku lub recyklingu, komponentów do produkcji paliwa alternatywnego RDF (odpady o kodzie 19 12 12). Oferowany sposób zagospodarowania komponentów do produkcji RDF musi być zgodny z obowiązującymi w tym zakresie przepisami prawa oraz procesami odzysku wyszczególnionymi w załączniku nr 1 do ustawy z dnia 14 grudnia 2012 roku o odpadach (DZ. U. z 2023r. poz. 1587 ze zm.). Szacunkowa ilość odpadów, która zostanie przekazana Wykonawcy w okresie obowiązywania umowy w przewidywanej ilości: podstawa 7 000 Mg, opcja: 5 000 Mg, razem: 12 000 Mg. Podana ilość odpadów (12 000Mg) jest wielkością maksymalną, którą należy przyjąć do obliczenia oferty cenowej
