- Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług w zakresie odbioru i zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości zamieszkałych położonych na terenie Gminy Krapkowice, obejmujące odbiór odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych oraz z dwóch Punktów Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych wraz z ich zagospodarowaniem. 2. Zakres zamówienia obejmuje w szczególności: 1) wyposażenie nieruchomości zamieszkałych w pojemniki i/lub worki do gromadzenia odpadów komunalnych oraz ich odbiór i zagospodarowanie, 2) odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z dwóch Punktów Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych, o których mowa w art. 3 ust. 2 pkt 6 ustawy o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach, położonych przy ul. Limanowskiego 61 oraz Piastowskiej 38C w Krapkowicach, 3) odbiór i zagospodarowanie przeterminowanych leków z aptek, punktów aptecznych oraz miejsc świadczenia usług medycznych, 4) usuwanie nielegalnych miejsc składowania odpadów komunalnych, 5) prowadzenie dokumentacji związanej z realizacją zamówienia. Szczegółowe opisy przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) zawiera załącznik nr 1.1 (dla Części I (Zadania nr 1)), załącznik nr 1.2 (dla Części II (Zadania nr 2)) oraz załącznik nr 1.3 (dla Części III (Zadania nr 3)) do SWZ.
