Brief Description of Requirement: A research project designed to strengthen the evidence base and address knowledge gaps to inform the development of a comprehensive policy framework for decarbonising industrial Off-Road Machinery (ORM).
Industrial ORM contributes approximately 4.4 MtCO₂e annually and is used in important sectors such as construction and mining. The project will assess the feasibility of policy interventions to accelerate emissions reductions in line with Net Zero commitments.
