Tilbudsgiver skal levere den skinnekørende gravemaskine med en serviceaftale, og skal ligeledes kunne facilitere uddannelse af Aarhus Letbanes udvalgte medarbejder(e) i brug af den skinnekørende gravemaskine, herunder i alle dele af den skinnekørende gravemaskines funktionalitet. Den årlige totale volumen på kontrakten er estimeret til 1.400 timer.
