Hankinta sisältää nestemäisen ja kiinteän öljynerotuskaivolietteen kuljetuksen ja käsittelypalvelun.
Öljynerotuskaivolietteiden nouto- ja käsittelypalvelu suoritetaan yksikköhintapalveluna, jonka palvelun maksuperusteena €/kg. Palvelun vertailuhinta saadaan kertomalla tarjouspyynnössä ilmoitetut jätemäärät niille annetuilla yksikköhinnoilla sekä lopuksi laskemalla tulojen yhteissumma (vertailuhinta). Palveluun kuuluvat tehtävät ja laatuvaatimukset on määritelty liitteessä 1, Palvelunkuvaus.
