The New York City Department of Social Services (DSS)/Human Resources Administration (HRA) will be accepting Competitive Sealed Bids for the provision of On-Call General Construction for Abated components Citywide (PIN: 23BSEDM03501/EPIN: 07124B0004).
Bidders are hereby notified that this contract is subject to Local Law 1, Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) Requirements, Prevailing Wage Rates, and apprenticeship program requirements. This Competitive Sealed Bid ( RFx ) is being released through PASSPort, New York City s online procurement portal on Wednesday, March 12, 2024.
