The New York City Department of Homeless Services (DHS) is requesting a Competitive Sealed Bid solicitation for On Call Sidewalk Shed Services Citywide for three years. This type of service is essential to protect the public from debris that might fall from buildings as a result of crumbling facades, work being performed on the outside of buildings, and to provide a safe environment for the staff and clients we serve. The proposed contract term is April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2028 with one renewal option for two-year term. The proposed contract amount is $3,676,200.00.
