De opdracht bestaat uit de volgende onderdelen: • De realisatie van een ondergrondse parkeergarage met 334 parkeerplekken in binnenstedelijk gebied (Peperstraat, Zaandam), zowel bouwkundig, elektrotechnisch als werktuigbouwkundig op basis van een TO; • Coördinatie met andere deelprojecten binnen de algehele ontwikkeling, te weten de realisatie van blok 1, 2, 3, en 10 alsmede eventuele werkzaamheden in kader van bouw- en/of woonrijp maken door gemeente/nutspartijen.
Dat wil zeggen: - Afstemming en planning; - Beheer van raakvlakken en risico’s; - Faciliteren van gezamenlijke bouwlogistiek en veiligheidsmanagement. • Opstellen en bewaken van een integrale planning; • Oplevering en overdracht voor beheer en onderhoud.
