Scope overview
Deze opdracht betreft het duurzaam beheer en onderhoud van groen op de terreinen ZAS ( Ziekenhuis aan de stroom) Waaronder: - Het Pesticidenvrij bestrijden van onkruid op open en halfopen verhardingen. - Maaien van grasperken. - Snoeien van bomen, hagen, sierheesters en struikgewassen. - Verwijderen van zwerfvuil en ledigen van vuilnisbakken op parkings en in de buitenomgeving; - Onderhoud van groen- en zoemdaken.
-De algemene gezondheidsinspectie en toestandbeoordeling van bomen. De opdracht is opgedeeld in drie (3) percelen: Perceel 1 - Algemeen groenonderhoud, zwerfvuil en vuilnisbakken ( Raming -1.300.000 excl. btw.) Perceel 2 - Onderhoud van groendaken en zoemdaken (Raming -60.000 excl. btw.) Perceel 3 - Boomcontrole (Raming -30.000 excl. btw.) De inschrijver kan intekenen op één, meerdere of alle percelen.
