The Central Agencies Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Anti-Racism (CA IDEA) Secretariat at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) requires a bilingual (Canada’s official languages of English and French), accessible and adaptable online pairing platform solution that will facilitate the efficient administration of mentoring and sponsoring programs for employees of three central agencies: TBS, Department of Finance Canada (FIN) and Privy Council Office (PCO).
This online pairing platform solution will help to reduce the human resources efforts required to administer such programs.
