Scope overview
De gemeente Tilburg heeft begin 2023 de open house procedure ‘Ontwikkeltrajecten werk en participatie’ doorlopen. Per 1 mei 2026 krijgen belangstellenden, die een aanmelding doen en aan de gestelde eisen voldoen, d.m.v. dit tussentijds toetredingsmoment, opnieuw de gelegenheid om in aanmerking te komen voor een (raam)Overeenkomst zonder afnamegarantie.
Doel van dit toetredingsmoment is het actualiseren van het huidig aanbod. De gemeente Tilburg contracteerde eerder meerdere Opdrachtnemers. Er is geen sprake van een formele aanbesteding maar van een toelatingsprocedure, leidend tot een Overeenkomst. In deze toelatingsprocedure zijn de verplichtingen als bedoeld in de aanbestedingswetgeving niet van toepassing.
