Scope overview
Hulp bij Huishouden (HbH) valt vanaf 2021 in zijn geheel onder de aanvullende ondersteuning vanuit de Wmo - er wordt geen Hulp bij Huishouden geboden vanuit de basisondersteuning. Bij aanvullende ondersteuning, Hulp bij Huishouden, gaat het om ondersteuning bij schoonmaakwerkzaamheden. Ook kan het gaan om wasverzorging en het beschikken over primaire levensbehoeften en maaltijden.
Deze hulp is bedoeld voor inwoners van de gemeente Leeuwarden met een (fysieke) beperking, waardoor de inwoner niet of verminderd in staat is zelf bepaalde huishoudelijke taken uit te voeren. Vanaf 2020 wordt er gewerkt met een nieuwe normering: het normenkader huishoudelijke ondersteuning 2019.
Dit normenkader is door het bureau HHM en KPMG Plexus ontwikkeld op basis van data bij een groot aantal gemeenten en vervangt de door MO-zaak herziene CIZ richtlijn. Op basis van het nieuwe normenkader wordt er resultaatgericht geïndiceerd met normtijden per resultaat.
